SHORT ORAL PRESENTATION

  • These awards are open to both AREO members and non-members.
  • The authors take full responsibility for the content.
  • Each oral presentation can only be nominated for one award.
  • Prizes will be awarded for the best oral presentations.
  • The winners will be judged at the Congress by an international jury.

 

DETAILS ABOUT THE SHORT ORAL PRESENTATION

  • Age limit: up to 35 years old – only for the AREO BOBOC AWARDS CONTEST!
  • You cannot submit abstracts before registering and paying the registration fee.
  • At least one of the authors must be registered as a participant, with the registration fee paid.
  • The entire short oral presentation should last a maximum of 10 minutes.

 

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR SHORT ORAL PRESENTATIONS

  • Authors should prepare and submit abstracts for the presentation.
  • The maximum number of authors per abstract is five.
  • The abstract should be written in English and prepared in MS Word.
  • Name the Word file as SurnameName.doc (e.g., PopescuDana.doc).
  • Provide the corresponding author's details: surname and name, address, mobile phone number, and email.

 

Formatting Guidelines:

  • Title of the oral short presentation: UPPER CASE (Times New Roman, Bold, 14pt).
  • Authors' names: Last name, first name of all authors (Times New Roman, Bold, 12pt).
  • Institution name and address: (Times New Roman, Regular, 12pt).
  • Abstract: Maximum 250 words (Times New Roman, Regular, 12pt).

 

Each presentation should include the following key sections:

  • Title
  • Authors' names, affiliations, and country
  • Introduction
  • Aim
  • Results
  • Conclusion
  • No conflict of interest statement

 

CONFIRMATION

  • The scientific committee reserves the right to accept or reject submitted papers.
  • Authors will receive an electronic Letter of Acceptance/Rejection at the email address provided during registration.
