SHORT ORAL PRESENTATION
- These awards are open to both AREO members and non-members.
- The authors take full responsibility for the content.
- Each oral presentation can only be nominated for one award.
- Prizes will be awarded for the best oral presentations.
- The winners will be judged at the Congress by an international jury.
DETAILS ABOUT THE SHORT ORAL PRESENTATION
- Age limit: up to 35 years old – only for the AREO BOBOC AWARDS CONTEST!
- You cannot submit abstracts before registering and paying the registration fee.
- At least one of the authors must be registered as a participant, with the registration fee paid.
- The entire short oral presentation should last a maximum of 10 minutes.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR SHORT ORAL PRESENTATIONS
- Authors should prepare and submit abstracts for the presentation.
- The maximum number of authors per abstract is five.
- The abstract should be written in English and prepared in MS Word.
- Name the Word file as SurnameName.doc (e.g., PopescuDana.doc).
- Provide the corresponding author's details: surname and name, address, mobile phone number, and email.
Formatting Guidelines:
- Title of the oral short presentation: UPPER CASE (Times New Roman, Bold, 14pt).
- Authors' names: Last name, first name of all authors (Times New Roman, Bold, 12pt).
- Institution name and address: (Times New Roman, Regular, 12pt).
- Abstract: Maximum 250 words (Times New Roman, Regular, 12pt).
Each presentation should include the following key sections:
- Title
- Authors' names, affiliations, and country
- Introduction
- Aim
- Results
- Conclusion
- No conflict of interest statement
CONFIRMATION
- The scientific committee reserves the right to accept or reject submitted papers.
- Authors will receive an electronic Letter of Acceptance/Rejection at the email address provided during registration.
